Phase 1

The SinnersClub focuses on the utility and the business model of the project.

The main focus in Phase 1 is marketing and growth through the development of a tightly-knit community of experienced web3 investors.

As a utility project, the SinnersClub will clearly communicate by sending out new information through weekly announcements containing the details and graphics benefiting the concept.

As for the NFT collection, it is designed and ready.

Phase 2

As an investors club, NFT holders will be the share-holders of the community wallet and each of them will get a passive income through staking. 50% of the revenue of the mint will go back to those mechanisms and 25% will be use for business development and marketing, the 25% left will be for the founders, teams and partners. The SinnersClub is aiming for a dual passive income through a DAO-like organization and 2 mechanisms:

1: A community vault where land is bought on Sandbox first, bringing web2 real-estate companies to invest in and manage and develop the ecosystem to generate revenue through events, the rental of the land to other projects, and so on. By holding many plots of land you get an APR multiplier for the staking of $SAND which will impact part 2.

2: By staking Sand, you will be able to claim or to compound through a community vault.

Phase 3

The SinnersClub is backed by a French real-estate property company valued at €500M. Many of their partners are interested in web3 and its new digital real-estate ecosystem. They will be given access to web3 via the SinnersClub projects and plots of land.

The SinnersClub will build and develop a whole ecosystem and different ways to generate revenue.

Phase 4

The first drop will have a target in terms of supply but will be limited to 10 000. Once the SinnersClub investment and staking generates revenue, the company will move towards the second drop to keep developing the investment club and community vault.

As a DAO, the holders / investors will have their say in the choices made by the SinnersClub for the future of the project and on the manner to delegate the community funds.

The same concept will be applied to the second drop, but genesis holders will have advantages.

Phase 5

Following a successful second drop, the SinnersClub will move toward a third drop applying the same DAO concept, opening new doors to other metaverses and mechanisms to be sought out by the SinnersClub and the community.
