As a private investment club, the objective of the SinnersClub is clear: To invest sustainably in the metaverse, ensuring ever-growing income through the development of its land.
With the many metaverses emerging right now possibilities are endless.
The first metaverse in focus is the Sandbox due to its great state of progress.
To achieve this objective, the SinnersClub will implement two action plans:
A long-term strategy for creating value of land
Games : With the metaverse being highly game-oriented, the plots of land will be made available to the GameMakers of the Sandbox, which will allow the SinnersClub to receive rewards.
There will also be a possibility of carrying out Play-to-Earn mini-games on the SinnersClub land.
Brands : Partnerships with brands will be established by leasing out land. Brands will also be given the opportunity to delegate the management of said plots of land to the SinnersClub for the future expansion and development of stores, buildings or showrooms…
Events : On the SinnersClub plots of land, the possibility will also be given to hold events such as concerts and e-gaming competitions.
Lease : A large part of the land will be allocated for rental to companies or individuals who wish to use the land for a certain time without necessarily becoming full-time owners. The SinnersClub will offer different packages and prices for the rentals of its plots of land, taking into account the duration of the rental, the location of the land, the assets present on the plot of land, etc.
A short-term strategy of buying and reselling land
Like in traditional real-estate, it is possible to acquire property for a fast resale for profit.
In order to develop short-term capital gains designed to increase the community wallet income, the SinnersClub aims to transfer this strategy to the metaverse.
For example, it will be possible to buy land for its further property development, housing, metaverse stadiums, amusement parks and other infrastructure construction. Such development will add value to the land and will increase its resale value.
In conclusion, these strategies all have the same objective: increasing the SinnersClub income to fuel the community wallet and thus increase the SinnersClub holders’ income.
