What is a DAO?

A DAO is an entity powered by a computer program that provides automated governance rules to a community.

The sinnersClub aims at setting a DAO inside the project so that the community can vote and thus participate as much as possible in the development of the project and thus become a specific member.

What is the purpose of the DAO for the SinnersClub project ?

In the case of SinnersClub, everyone who owns an NFT will have a vote, so all holders will be able to come and vote for proposals that will be posted on the SinnersClub website.

There will be two types of people in these situations in the DAO:

"Voters" and "Contributors."

Contributors for the SinnersClub project will be represented only by the Project Team. But the Team will be able to handpick the holders of the "Contributors" so they will have this status and will be able to submit special requests.

Contributors will therefore submit proposals.

There will be periods of proposals that may last a few weeks or even months

Then there will be a voting period where all the "voters" will be able to use their right to vote on different proposals made.

A right of veto is even possible for the voters concerning certain proposals where they are in total disagreement.

At the end of the voting period, a summary will be made automatically.

So the implementation of the DAO has the effect of allowing the community of SinnersClub to participate in the project as a full member and thus allow the project to evolve and advance by taking into account the opinion of the community in collaboration with the project team.
